Why it exists

When I came home after nearly 12 years, I was not starting from zero. I had years of real work experience in maintenance inventory and other institutional jobs.
I showed up every day, learned systems, handled responsibilities, supported operations, and built skills that mattered. But when it came time to write a resume, I struggled to explain that work in language employers would understand.
That problem became the foundation for ReEntry Job Translator. The goal is simple: help returning citizens explain the work they already did without having to start from a blank page.
The problem
